Why What We Do is Important
All of the homeowners we assist are low, or low-to-moderate income. The vast majority is elderly and or disabled. None of them are able to make the repairs necessary to maintain their homes in decent, livable condition. Many live in unsafe, uninhabitable conditions. Many are caregivers for young children.
